Manuscripts should be in 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced and submitted electronically as a Microsoft Word document (DOC), or in either portable-document (PDF) or rich text format (RTF). All figures should appear at the end of the document. Equations, diagrams, charts, graphs, or other graphics must be laser quality and preferable word-processed. Both black and white, and color photographs may be incorporated into the text. Images may be embedded into the manuscript file. Upon acceptance you will be required to submit individual image files in their original format. To facilitate an anonymous review, please include the author’s name, department, year in program, and complete contact information, as well as a list of suggested reviewers, on a separate cover page. Amalgam only accepts previously unpublished submissions.
